Polka Doodles Digi Queens DT card




Good morning folks....and here's my scheduled post for the fabby Polka Doodles Digi Queens.




For my card I have used Dollie Sleepyhead which I coloured with copics this ime.  The papers are also from the same collection CD.  I layered the papers onto bazzill card and doodled around the edges of the layers.  I also added a flower bow fastened with a button and a little felt flower I found in nmy stash!!

The Sugar Bowl challenge 117






Good morning sugar fans!  

Woo hoo...we're back...can you believe it??  This month is the start up of the challenge at The Sugar Bowl......

As normal the prize is 4 rubber stamps from


...over 100 entries then that prize increases to 6 Sugar Nellie stamps...

Please remember to use a Sugar Nellie stamp...rubber or digi to be eligible. 

For my card I thought I would use lots of my favourites...I have used Hazel and Nutty and coloured her with copics.  The papers are from The Sweet Shoppe and I love them, I layered them onto bazzill card and doodled the edges.  Theres a piece of lace under one of the layers which you can just about see. I have also added some flowers....a couple of pre made ones and a couple made with my die-namics dies.  I also added a wee ribbon bow fastened with a button and then added some pearls to finish.

Hey Little Birdie...




Good morning folks and here I am with my Wednesday post!

Well it's the day before our challenge over on the Sugar Bowl....woo hoo!!  I am so looking forward to it and you will all join in....before that I have this card to share with you.

The stamp is called "Hey Little Birdie" from Sugar Nellie...coloured with copics.




The papers are Basic Grey Evergreen, which are really pretty IRL!  I layered the papers onto bazzill card and doodled arounf the edges...I also added a piece of lace to one of the layers.  The snowflakes have been punched with my MS punch, glittered them up and added a little card candi to the centre.

A wee snowman...




Well happy Sunday...what a glorious day today!!

Thought I would share this wee snowman card I have made....now I just love snowmen so you might see a few from now til the end of the year...

For this card I have used "Seeds and Greetings" from LOTV which I coloured with spectrum noirs. The tags are also from LOTV...which are just the perfect size for this card.  The papers are from the Winter Wishes collection at LOTV. I layered the papers onto bazzill card and added a strip of lace under the snowman.  The snowflakes were made from the Let it snowflake set from die-namics...glittered them up for a bit of bling!  I also added an organza bow with a die cut flower to the centre...hope you likey.

Bumble Bee



Good morning Saturday bloggers and it's another wet and dreich day in Scotland....looks like we've had the summer here!!

This weeks challenge over at Sweet Stampin is Ribbons and Bows....perfect challenge to showcase your talents.

For my card I have used digi papers from The Sweet Shoppe, the stamp is Bumble Bee from Sugar Nellie which I have coloured with spectrum noirs...I'm getting to grips with them now.  Once I cut her out I layered her onto a pierced circle die cut. I added a piece of lace to one of the layers which you can just about see. I added a ribbon bow and fastened it with a button and I added some pretty little flowers..some of them are pre made and the others I made with various die-namics.

A little hug...





Good morning and here we are with my Wednesday post!

Today I am sharing with you some Leanne Ellis, I just love this little cutie called A Little Hug and it's available here at Funky Kits.



I coloured the image with spectrum noirs and shaded with polychromos.  I shaded the background of the image with spectrums aswell and then used some distress ink around the edges of the images. The papers are called Delight from The Sweet Shoppe which I layered onto bazzill card.  I then distressed the edges of each of the layers and then doodled around the edges.  I added a bow and some ribbon flowers and then finished with some pearls in the corners and to the image.

Polka Doodles Digi Queens DT card






Good morning folks and my scheduled post for today over at Polka Doodles Digi Queens...

We've gone all festive this week, I just love making Christmas cards and there is so many cute images to use from Polka Doodles.  The image I have used is called "Mistletoe" which you can buy on its own, or you can but it as part of Hollybobs collection. I have coloured the image with spectrum noirs and then shaded with polychromos.  The papers are from the Hollybobs collection which I layered onto bazzill card.  Those tiny tags are also from the same collection...I tied a piece of twine on them just to finish them off a wee bit.  The snowflakes have been punched and then glittered up....I added pearls to the centres...hope you likey.

Winston




Good morning folks....isn't it a beautiful sunny day!!

Well, before I start crafting...or housework I thought I would share with you this little card I made for Nikky over at Polka Doodles.  This is Winston from the new release...and he simply adorable!!

I also used backing papers, the flowers and sentiment from the same collection.  Now I don't have a digital cutter and it just shows that you can still buy these kits without having one of those....it was really easy cutting out those flowers.

I used spectrum noirs to colour in Winston and I also coloured the sky and clouds using spectrums...I quite like that effect now and will try it more often!!

No 1 fan









Good morning sugar fans....here's today's post!

Well today I am sharing my favourite boy stamp from Sugar Nellie...isn't he just the best and reminds my of my brother when he was a wee boy!!




So this is No 1 Fan from Sugar Nellie which has been coloured with copics, I have used papers from MME - Be Amazing which I layered onto blue bazill card, I added a kraft circle onto blue card and then distressed then edges on all layers. I added a few tiny buttons which I had in my stash and I completely forgot about but thought they would be perfect on this card.

Foxy lady



Good morning and here we are with my Wednesday post!

Today I am sharing with you one of my favourite Gorjuss Girls...since it was getting a bit Autumn like, I thought I would share a bit Autumness!!



For todays card I have used Foxy from Sugar Nellie and coloured with spectrum noirs.  Unfortunately this stamp is no longer available however there's still a few other Gorjuss Girls too choose from....I know there lots of you with this stamp already...so a wee bit inspiration!  The papers were in my stash and I thought they were a good match!

Digi Queens DT card


Good morning bloggers....have you seen the news??  I am here with my first post as a Digi Queen!!




The lovely Nikky gave us some digi images to play with for our cards, so I decided to go festive, I hope you like it!!  I had to use Hollybobs Snowballing for my first card....Hollybobs is what I call pour Holly every now and then...lol!!  I coloured the image with copics and shaded with polychromos.  The papers are from the Christmas Joy collection...these are just sooooo pretty!!




I added a piece of lace to one of the layers, the snowflake has been punched and I added glitter and a pearl to the centre....oh yes...the edges have been doodled too!!
