The Sugar Bowl challenge - 109

Good morning campers and my second scheduled post or maybe my first depends how blogger feels as to which one it posts first!!

I can't believe it's 4 weeks since my last SB posting...gosh how the time flies in!!  The challenge over at The Sugar Bowl is something a wee bit different...we want you to use your very first Sugar Nellie stamp..

As always the prize for one lucky winner picked at random is 4 Sugar Nellie stamps from FunkyKits...

...over 100 entries then that prize increases to 6 Sugar Nellie stamps...

So for this card I have used papers from Echo park - wintertime.  I have used the die-namics pierced circle die and layered my wee image onto it....the stamp is Bumble Bee from Sugar Nellie which i coloured with copics and then gave her some shading with polychromos.  The snowflakes are MS punches and I borrowed my friends snowflake border...can't remember which manufacturer that is. I also added some sheer ribbon although it's hard to see that. I finished with a little message...oh and a couple of pearls.

Please remember to use a Sugar Nellie stamp...rubber or digi to be eligible.

challenges:
Crafty Ribbons - anything goes with ribbon
Simon says Stamp - Christmas
Christmas Cards all Year round - Christmas
Bearly Mine - anything goes
Bunny Zoe - ribbon

Crafty Little Fairies DT card...

Good morning folks and my scheduled post....this photo maybe update when I come home from work as I didn't have time to take it in daylight, so you may be reading this after tonight in which case it may very well be updated!!

This was a bit of a mad rush as Holly has been poorly this week...she is such a bad patient..lol!!  Normally most people just get cosied up in bed well every 2 minutes she shouts...i am a total skivvy to her when she is ill!!  Anyway to make things worse and make me feel bad for sending her to school...she has a severe dose of tonsillitis and has a double course of antibiotics to take for 10 days...however on the positive she has been having lots of ice cream!!

so today's challenge over at Crafty Little Fairies is bows and brads.  I have used Dandelion clock and coloured her with copics, the papers are from The Sweet Shoppe.  I added my ribbon, bow and brad!!

A bit plain but I do like the colours.

Sketch Saturday - sketch

GDT card for Lili of the Valley

Good morning folks and my scheduled post.  Well this month I was asked by the lovely Anne if I would be one of the Guest Designers over at the Ideas to Inspire blog...I am so chuffed and honoured to be asked!!  So this is the first card for this month and I hope you like it.

The stamp is Partridge in a Pear Tree...I coloured the image with copics and then did some shading with polychromos.  I added tiny gems to the little dots on the image which were just the perfect size.  As this took me ages to colour I didn't want it to get lost with lots of patterned papers so i just embossed a white panel to layere the image on to, and added a black ribbon and bow with a little charm.  The sentiment is from the Grungy christmas messages...and would you believe this one is perfect!!

challenges:
Papertake Weekly - anything goes
Craft Your Passion - add a charm
Simon Says Stamp - anything goes
