I coloured the image with copics and added some glitter and gems. I punched the heart out and layered it onto the card. It's time for a bit of fun! :)

I've entered a Pay it Forward over at
Faye's Blog and now it's my turn to Pay it Forward.

I promise to send something handmade to the first five people who comment on this post. However, there's a catch. You must post this, offering something handmade to five other people.

The rules state that it must be something handmade or homemade by you and needs to be sent to five other people during 2011....so almost a whole year to get making!!

If you'd like to join in the fun, then be the first to post a comment and something handmade or homemade will be coming your way at some point this year.

Is that a great idea or is that a great idea?

I think it's fab! I hope that five of you would like something made by me!

This is just a quickie....I received my new promarkers today which I won over at Passion for Promarkers...a whopping 40 pens to add to my very little collection...now I won't need to steal Holly's promarkers...hee hee!! so anyway since I had so many to choose from I thought I better test them out so I inked up this little Hippie Chick from Sugar Nellie which you can buy here. I had a few of these coloured from a few weeks ago as I had entered the Simply Sassy DT Call and was trying to perfect my colouring. I also added some stitching (still a bit wonky!!)and embossing, punch the ovals and finished off with those cute little flowers which are new from Wild Orchid Crafts..oh yes I also added some sequins and beads for the centres of the flowers on the embossed oval....hand sewn!! Paper Sundaes DT card

Hi all and here we are all back to normal...other than the weather. I am back to normal and my scheduled post cos I am working today. The challenge this week over at Paper Sundaes is "circles".

Our sponsor this week is Lili of the Valley...so exciting. They are releasing the next batch of stamps on Tuesday but you can get a sneaky peek at them here. So one lucky winner will be jumping for joy.

For my card I have used "It's my Party" and message stamp both from LOTV....she is such a stroppy little minx but sooooo cute!! I have also coloured her with copics. I have used Crate Paper - Paper Doll Collection papers as they fitted well with our challenge this week....circles. I cut the flowers with one of my favourite dies...yes that's right the 3d flower die...I love this!! The image has been cut out and layered onto a die cut circle. I still don't have a scallop die yet so I manually cut the scallops using the Stampin Up slit punch...I am getting to be dab hand at that but one day I will buy a scallop die!! Oh yes and some glitter to finish off!!

Charisma - birthday
OSCC - card for a child

Sweet Stampin' DT card....

Well good morning all and a Haaaaappy New Year to you all. Would you believe it...I am so excited today as this is my first DT card for Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Our sponsor this week is Tiffany Doodles who are offering 5 digi's to one lucky winner.

Our monthly sponsor is Whimsy Stamps who are also offering 5 digi's.

The theme this week is to create a card/project from inspiration from your favourite song. Well I have lots of favourites and have gone with this one...can you guess what it is?? Well I have taken my inspiration from "Jai Ho" sung by The Pussycat Dolls for two reasons...first I love Slumdog Millionnaire, the song featured in that film and secondly...as you know I go to a Zumba class and this is my favourite song to shake it to..makes me feel like a teenager again!! The image is from Tiddly Inks - Aisha which has been coloured with copics, I did a bit of blending on the dress and I thought I would cut Aisha out....since I like to do that. The DP is from Scenic Route - Laurel...lots of rich orange, pinks and reds. I stamped the letters onto the same matching paper and cut them out. I punched out the flowers and added some jewels and glitter....hope you like it.

Sketch & Stash - sketch #11
Creative Craft Challenge - anything goes
Die Cut Dreams - girlie
Copic Creations - sparkle
Totally Papercrafts - party
Bunny Zoe - sparkle & shine
